Refine Your Chatarunga with Carla!

This workshop is an opportunity to refine and better understand your chaturanga one of the foundational poses of all Flow classes. Once we create a solid base, we can practice taking flight, working on chaturanga based arm balances.  This workshop is suitable for all levels as modifications will also be introduced.
