In a safe and supported space join Carly, Avigro Therapy and Holistic Pelvic Care Practitioner, in an experiential and informative evening exploring pelvic bowl health. Discover landmarks and bony structures of your pelvic bowl, basic anatomy, and musculature of the pelvic floor. Learn why connecting with your womb space on a deeper level, to understand your body better, is important for overall health and vitality. As well as at home self care tools to take this knowledge home with you.


Mallory Guenther, co-visionary of Three Treasures & Soul Foods Grocer, RYT500 & Psychosomatic Therapy Practitioner will guide you to a deeper understanding of your body-mind by exploring the principles of Psychosomatic Therapy through postural alignments and a 30minute guided relaxation.

We will discuss:

    -proper functioning of the pelvic floor, how and why it is so important for pelvic bowl health and our overall health

    -common pelvic bowl imbalances: painful/irregular periods, endometriosis, prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti

-breathing techniques to connect and engage with your pelvic floor

-an introduction to Tami Kent’s book the Wild Feminine

-Guided visualization/meditation on the pelvic bowl.

-Self care tools to do at home to restore your pelvic bowl health

-Posture alignments for greater health & vitality

-30 minute guided relaxation
