Intro to Moksha Fit with Leia and Ashleigh
Moksha Fit is a breath-centered, strength-based fitness class. The intention is to provide yoga practitioners with more dynamic strength, thus balancing the body by performing the pulling motions that are not present in most yoga classes. Resistance bands and fitness ball exercises are used to increase strength and cardio vascular fitness in a manner that is accessible, mindful and engaging!
