Emotional Anatomy Workshop
Join Mallory in this two hour session as we explore the principles of Psychosomatic Therapy while practicing Yin Yoga. Participants can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their own unique emotional anatomy and learn tools to develop and express this awareness in their daily life.
*Please bring anything you need to relax completely. Items may include: 2-4 pillows, bolster, yoga mat, yoga blocks, meditation cushion, blanket, eye pillow, journal & pen.
*Each session will include nourishment by Three Treasures and Soul Foods.
