Stacie Rose I'm so grateful to have found the practice of yoga. It has brought focus and clarity into my very hectic life. It has taught me how to slow down and take time for myself. To nourish myself and therefore be able to turn around and take better care of the loved ones I have around me. I started practicing at Moksha Yoga the first week they opened here in Saskatoon and immediately fell in love...well almost immediately. It took me about 6 classes to get used to the heat. :) And now I love it!!   • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Silent Moksha

    A standard class led silently by the teacher’s practice.

  • Moksha Level 2

    A challenging and healthy intermediate hot yoga sequence with a short meditation and an extended savasana.

  • Yang/Yin

    This 60 minute practice is all about balance; incorporating both an active (Yang) portion and passive (Yin) portion of the class.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Power Flow

    Power flow is a playful, quick paced class that focuses on pairing breath with movement.
