Bryce Hot yoga saskatoon I had two prevailing thoughts go through my head immediately after my very first Moksha experience (90min Moksha); “Sweet merciful crap, that was HOT!!!” and “I can’t believe how amazing I feel, when can I do that again?!?!” What makes Moksha Yoga Saskatoon such a special place for me is the sense of connection and community that is promoted and nurtured by the instructors and other yogis at the studio whether it be through regular classes, special workshops, social events or just sitting around chatting in the studio or when we run into each other out in the “real world”. I truly feel that the energy I put into my practice in the hot room is somehow collected, amplified and returned to me in so many ways by the MYS community, a gift that I can’t adequately express my gratitude for. Thank you Leia, Ashleigh and all of the other beautiful bright lights at MYS for keeping my body flexible, my soul peaceful and my heart joyful. Bryce Allen

  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Silent Moksha

    A standard class led silently by the teacher’s practice.

  • Moksha Level 2

    A challenging and healthy intermediate hot yoga sequence with a short meditation and an extended savasana.

  • Yang/Yin

    This 60 minute practice is all about balance; incorporating both an active (Yang) portion and passive (Yin) portion of the class.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Power Flow

    Power flow is a playful, quick paced class that focuses on pairing breath with movement.

  • Fusion Flow

    This class will be different each time, giving you an opportunity to explore your vinyasa practice.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.
