Yang/Yin is a 60 minute practice that is all about balance; incorporating both an active (Yang) portion and passive (Yin) portion of the class. The first section of the Yang/Yin class is an invigorating flow practice aiming to build strength, and warm the body. This is followed by the restorative, relaxing and lengthening elements of Yin Yoga. Yin is a gentle approach used to stretch the body, consisting of floor postures and longer holds aimed at creating flexibility and mobility in the body and mind. The perfect balance to come out feeling nurtured and refreshed.
