The silent Moksha class is the traditional Moksha Yoga series, practiced in silence. The silent Moksha is guided, without verbal instruction, by an instructor practicing the series at the front of the room. The class allows the student to explore the depths of their own practice by providing an opportunity to investigate the sensations of the body and the breath more fully. It is a chance to really feel the practice without audiotory distraction. This class is best suited for students who are familiar with the series.
