Moksha Level 2

For those students who are comfortable with the standard Moksha series, the Moksha Level 2 class offers a venue for students to challenge their practice through dynamic postures and sequences. The Instructor adds their own flare, thus no two Moksha Level 2 classes will be exactly alike. Expect more advanced postures, longer holds, more meditation, and a longer final Savasana ( up to 10 mins). Prepare to get sweaty and have some fun! (Some yoga and meditation experience recommended to get the most out of this class)
