Lisa May

Lisa landed on her mat at Moksha Saskatoon in August of 2012. Through a dedicated practice she has developed more patience, self awareness and created an over all healthier way of life. It is through her practice that she feels she is able to bring her best self forward. Lisa participated the 300 hour Moksha teacher training in Montreal in September of 2014, and she currently finishing up her 200 hour Distance Learning.  It was in Montreal where her flirtation and enjoyment of the Moksha series turned into a deep, deep love. She hopes to create a class that is accessible to all students, but also challenges them to find strength and create new depth through the awareness of breath. The opportunity to watch people grow in their yoga practice is something that inspires her and makes her heart burst.
